Shipping Policy

Every order is prepared by hand and travels a long way to reach you. Here is what to expect.

• Preparation: 3–4 business days
• United States: about 7–12 business days after your order ships
• Other countries: about 7–20 business days after your order ships
• Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more

How your order travels

1. Prepared by hand (3–4 business days). Your piece is strung, knotted, checked and wrapped by hand.
2. From Tibet, through Shanghai. Your order leaves Tibet and is transferred through Shanghai for international dispatch.
3. To your door. About 7–12 business days to the United States, or about 7–20 business days to other countries.

Total delivery time = preparation time + shipping time. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

• Orders of $99 or more: free standard shipping, worldwide
• Standard shipping under $99: $8
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. The first scan can take a few days to appear while your parcel travels from Tibet to Shanghai. To follow your parcel, click Track Order and enter your tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

If your country charges import duties or taxes, they are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before you order. To change it, email us before your order ships.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, address problems, weather and busy seasons can add time. If your parcel seems stuck, write to us and we will follow it up with the carrier.

If your package hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after it shipped, email us with your order number. We will trace it, and if it is lost, we will send a replacement.
