Light and Shadow, Bead by Bead
Two tones and nothing else: the soft white of pearl and the dark of hammered silver. Strung one after the other all the way around, they make a slow rhythm of light and shadow at the wrist.
The pearls are baroque, which means no two agree. One runs long and slender, the next is fuller, another a little flattened, all of them creamy white with a faint blush. A pearl is built slowly, layer over thin layer, and its glow seems to come from inside rather than off the surface.
Between them sit round silver beads, hammered all over and then darkened. Every small facet catches the light while the hollows stay deep gray, so the silver reads as texture rather than shine, and the pearls look even paler beside it.
A hammered S-hook catches on a short chain, so it can sit close or hang a little loose. Wear it on its own, or beside something darker and plainer.

Baroque Pearls and Hand-Hammered 925 Silver
About nine baroque pearls, rice-shaped and creamy white with a soft blush, alternate with about eight round beads of 925 sterling silver. Each pearl has its own outline, and the luster shifts a little from one to the next.
The silver beads are hammered by hand until their whole surface is covered in small facets, then given a darkened finish: the hollows go deep gray, the raised marks stay bright. Depending on the light, the silver can look nearly charcoal or a softer mid gray. At each end, a short stack of thin silver discs leads to the clasp.
The bracelet closes with a hammered S-hook and an extender chain; hook it on whichever link suits your wrist. Because each one is strung by hand, the shapes of the pearls vary from bracelet to bracelet, and no two silver beads carry quite the same hammer marks.
